ZM 306416 is an inhibitor of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptor tyrosine kinase that antagonizes the activity of KDR and Flt VEGF receptors with IC50 values of 100 nM and 2 ?M, respectively.{27741} It has also been reported to inhibit EGFR kinase with an IC50 value of < 10 nM, reducing proliferation of EGFR-dependent cancer cells.{27752}
