Mefenamic acid (30 mg/kg) reduces acetic acid-induced writhing in rats.{41198} It inhibits increases in skin thickness in a mouse model of delayed-type hypersensitivity induced by dinitrochlorobenzene (DNBC).{41198} Mefenamic acid also reduces the antibody response to sheep red blood cells in mice.
