MRS1523 is an adenosine A3 receptor antagonist.{27929} It binds to the human adenosine A3 receptor (Ki = 0.0189 µM), as well as selectively binds rat adenosine A3 over A1 and A2A receptors (Kis = 0.113, 15.6, and 2.05 µM, respectively) in radioligand binding assays. It inhibits the proliferation of B16-BL6 mouse melanoma cells when used at a concentration of 1 µM.{68186}
