Cayman’s Mitochondrial PT Pore Assay Kit utilizes the calcein/cobalt technique multiplexed with TMRE, allowing for the measurement of both membrane integrity and mitochondrial membrane potential (??m). This assay has been adapted for use with flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy, and includes controls for ??m depolarization (FCCP) and calcein quenching without the loss of membrane potential (Calcein Quenching Control).
