Cayman’s Microcystin ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of microcystin in natural water samples. The assay has a range of 27.4-8,000 pg/ml with a mid-point of approximately 660 pg/ml (50% B/B0) and a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 196 pg/ml.
