AB-FUBINACA (Item No. 14039) is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid (CB) with 10-fold greater affinity for the CB1 receptor (Ki = 0.9 nM) than that of JWH 018 (Item No. 10900).{22006,22072} MDMB-FUBINACA is a derivative of AB-FUBINACA in which the terminal aminocarbonyl moiety is replaced by a methyl ester group and the isobutyl moiety is substituted with a tert-butyl group. The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound have not been determined. This product is intended for research and forensic applications.
