Several aminoalkylindole cannabinoids (CB), including JWH 018 and JWH 073, have been detected in herbal blends.{19508,18620} JWH 145 is a (1-naphthoyl)pyrrole analog of JWH 018 that potently activates both CB1 and CB2 receptors (Ki values of 14 and 6.4 nM, respectively).{20067} Its biological properties have not been evaluated. This compound is intended for forensic and research applications.
