Fluorescein-12-dATP is a fluorescently labeled form of the nucleotide 2′-deoxyadenosine-5′-triphosphate (dATP; Item No. 32566). It displays excitation/emission maxima of 498/517 nm, respectively. Fluorescein-12-dATP has been used to label DNA in fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and nicking enzyme-assisted viewing and sequencing (NicE-viewSeq) applications.{62572,62573}
