Cyclosporin B is a minor cyclopeptide metabolite produced by T. polysporum and other deuteromycota with diverse biological activities.{42099} It inhibits the growth of T lymphoma cells in a concentration-dependent manner.{42100} It is toxic to mosquito (C. pipiens) larvae (LC50 = 3.0 ?g/ml).{42101} Cyclosporin B also inhibits P-glycoprotein (P-gp) activity in vitro with an IC50 value of 4.7 ?M.{42102}
