Cicloprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).{63169,63170} It inhibits histamine release induced by ragweed, A23187 (Item No. 11016), or concanavalin A (Item No. 14951) in isolated human leukocytes when used at a concentration of 0.5 mM.{63169} Cicloprofen inhibits carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats (ED50 = 67 mg/kg).{63170}
