(22-35) is a 13-residue fragment of A? that corresponds to residues 693-705 of the human amyloid precursor protein (APP) full-length sequence.{49075} It assembles straight fibrils and bundles that bind thioflavin T in vitro. A? (22-35) (40 ?g/ml) induces cell death in rat hippocampal neurons.
