Cayman’s THC Metabolite ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for quantification of the predominant THC metabolite in human urine, serum, and plasma. The assay has a range from 17.1 – 5,000 pg/ml with a midpoint of approximately 295 pg/ml (50% B/B0) and a sensitivity of approximately 72 pg/ml (80% B/B0).
