Cayman’s SARS-CoV-2 (B.1.351, Beta Variant) Neutralizing Antibody SimpleDetect ELISA Kit is a competitive assay that can be used for qualitative and/or semi-quantitative measurement of neutralizing antibodies in human plasma and serum. The assay has a range of 23.4-400 ng/ml, with a midpoint (50% B/B0) of 80-120 ng/ml, and a sensitivity (80% B/B0) of approximately 40 ng/ml.
