BMY 7378 is an antagonist of the ?2C-adrenoceptor and ?1D-adrenoceptor with pKi values of 6.54 and 8.2, respectively, that has been used in functional systems to assess the contribution of these receptors in vascular smooth muscle contraction.{33564,33563} It also acts as a partial agonist at the serotonin 5-HT1A receptor with a pKi value of 8.3.{33564}
