Cyclamidomycin is a bacterial metabolite that has been found in Streptomyces and has antibiotic activity.{64505} It is active against S. aureus, M. flavus, S. lutea, B. subtilis, E. coli, S. flexneri, S. typhosa, P. vulgaris, and K. pneumoniae (MICs = 3.12-25 mg/ml). Cyclamidomycin inhibits E. coli nucleoside diphosphokinase when used at concentrations ranging from 20 to 160 µg/ml.{64506}
