5-methoxy DiPT is a tryptamine-type designer drug with pronounced psychoactive and physiological effects.{19963} It potently inhibits the re-uptake of monoamines (IC50s = 0.65, 2.2, and 8.2 ?M for dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, respectively) while not affecting their release from rat brain synaptosomes.{19758} This product is intended for forensic applications.
